Here it comes the NBA playoff 2011!!

According to the prediction from LA Times,The Lakers will win by 4-0.
The Hornets have been a nice story this season. Chris Paul has changed his game since suffering a knee injury last season and has had the Hornets playing well all season. Unfortunately for the Hornets the Lakers are just too much.
The Hornets do not have anybody on their team who can score the way Kobe Bryant and Pau Gasol can score for the Lakers. Paul can put up points if he needs to, but if he is the Hornets probably do not have a great shot here.
The Lakers' size up front is just too much for the Hornets to handle. Even if Andrew Bynum is out for a game or two the Lakers should have no problem sliding Lamar Odom into the starting line up and not miss a beat.
This should be a quick series as the Hornets just do not have enough talent to stick with the Lakers.

  1. I believe the Lakers will win their opening series, but I think the Thunder will come out of the West and the Heat will come out of the East to play in the finals. The Thunder have two of the best players in the league in Westbrook and Durant, and they are playing really well right now. I think the Lakers will play the Thunder in the Western conference finals, but the Thunder will prevail.
The Heat have the best players in the league and I can't see them not making the finals with the lineup they have. I believe the Bulls will make it to the Eastern conference finals, but LeBron, Bosh, and Wade will be too much for them to handle. I think the Heat will end up winning the whole thing because the players they have know how to win down the playoff stretch. With that much talent on their team, how can they not win?

  2. Even though the Hornets took game 1 in LA, I still believe that the Lakers are too much for them. Especially with the loss of their leading scorer and big man David West (tore ACL). What we saw in game 1 was a fluke, and even though I am not a Laker fan, I am an objective basketball fan, and the Lakers just have too much size and depth to lose the series. I am also not sure about the match-up between the Lakers and the Thunder. Ron Artest is a Durant-killer and when Kevin Durant gets shut down a little he sort of disappears. The Thunder are also streaky, so they are going to have to be at their very best if they want a shot against LA. I hope that the finals come down to either LA or OKC VS the Bulls. I think the stingy Bulls defense and incredible play of D-Rose is enough to take them their, so I guess we will see!
