Actually, I didn't notice there were earthquakes happened in California until I saw my friend's status on Facebook. So, I started to search news about earthquakes in California on Google again (I have posted a post in March about a prediction of big shake in California, and luckily the prediction is wrong). Then, I found an article on sfexaminer.com called "Earthquake predictor forecasts another California temblor". Seems like we are not going to have a big earthquake in the near future! Thank God!
I would still be worried, as the last large event along the San Andreas fault in Southern California was in 1847 and research indicates that fault slips every 160 years. Geologists, seismologists, and geophysicists alike all agree that we can expect a big one sometime soon.
