Lakers Leads 3-2!!


Kobe dropped 19 points with his sprained left ankle led to the Lakers' win over Hornets. Kobe sprained his left ankle in the last game against the Hornet, but he proved a sprained ankle is a minor impediment to him with the two impressive jams in tonight's game. Andrew Bynum had 18 points and 10 rebounds, and Pau Gasol added 16 points, and the Lakers finally pushed the Hornets to the brink of first-round playoff elimination with a 106-90 victory tonight, taking a 3-2 series lead.

Bryant's second-quarter dunk on Okafor could turn out to be the Lakers' signature moment of a taxing first-round series that began with a stunning Game 1 loss.
